I know I sound like a broken record, but Billy Jack was an incredibly low budget movie ($360,000). In order to shoot a movie low budget and not suffer poor quality you have to be able to plan, and plan, and plan. It’s hard work, but when you don’t have much money, it’s the only way to make it work.
